Breathtaking Home and Exceptional

Located in Byron Bay, Aystralia, this breathtaking home really caught our attention. The stone walls and wooden elements of the house are impressive design elements, but what can really leave one speechless is the natural environment. The lush vegetation and numerous palm trees make this a dream place to live in. However the developers of this project added extra features in order to grow interest in this property. JSª is a team of architects from Mexico City. They recently developed this breathtaking residential project situated by the beach in Lima, the capital of Peru. The location couldn’t be better- a peaceful area located not far away from the urban madness, where all the major events take place. A white and captivating exterior, with large windows draws attention to the building that houses 4 apartments. Stone stairs connect the levels on the outside. A beautiful pool completes the mystical feel of this residential wonder. The interior design is modern and minimalist, with interesting furniture items and original color arrangements.

Modern Home in Spain by OmasC Architects

Designed by OmasC Architects, this modern home is located in Candamo, Spain and comes as an example of original design and architecture. The home has a very interesting structure: two individual areas were joined together- one is for day time activities and the other is used as a night zone. A large parking lot was connected to the building site by using stone slabs. Light was an important factor which stood at the basis of the design. Windows are present everywhere, allowing natural light to mingle with the homey atmosphere. We developed a special interest in the outdoor covered platform which is an original element in housing design. The interiors are airy, spacious and let out a warm atmosphere.
